You must be over 18 to order.

When you place a commission, please be clear and precise in what you’re looking for to avoid additional charges later.

I may cancel the commission and issue a full refund if I decide to no longer work with a client.

I maintain the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I maintain the right to post commissioned pieces on my social media.

I maintain the right to refuse to make major changes to the piece once I've finished.

The client is responsible for their own financial situation. I do not issue refunds for the client's failure to manage personal finances or obligations.

I use USD for payment via PayPal or by Ko-fi.

All clients are required to pay the full price upfront. Work will not begin until after payment is made in full.

No refunds are offered after the sketch is completed and approved, unless I am unable to finish it after 3 months has passed.

All sales are digital goods, not physical unless stated otherwise.

Payment plans can be issued on orders over $150+

Work will not start until all payments are completed under the plan.

I will not change the character(s) in the artwork after the sketch phase, please ensure you are certain of which character you want to be drawn.

Max amount of edits after sketch phase is 3, afterwards each additional edit is $3+. The exception is fixing mistakes on the artist's side.

I will send a work in progress of the sketch, it is the commissioner's responsibility to confirm that they are happy with the sketch before the artwork is to be finished, before the artwork is complete I will send one last work in progress in case there are minor last-minute adjustments.

There is no deadlines unless specified otherwise, only rough estimates. However you should expect to have your artwork completed within 2-6 weeks unless the artwork is extremely complicated.

I will provide regular communication where I can and will let the commissioner know if there will be any delay.

I maintain right to all work I create in any digital, traditional or print form under the name RotenBlut. This includes but is not limited to using commissioned work in portfolios, prints, merchandise, etc.

If you wish to purchase the rights to your commission or character for commercial purposes (for profit) you need to pay a fee in addition of the original price, and depending on licensing intent you may be subject to royalty fees.

If you do not want your piece to be included in any resale or promotional material you can request to be excepted from this when placing your commission.

You may use your commission for personal, non-profitable use.

You may post your commissioned piece to social media so long as you credit me in some way.

Any artwork you commission from me CAN NOT be used as an NFT or used for AI.

Anthropomorphic characters.

Feral characters.

Mature content.

NSFW content between consenting adults.

Certain fetishes/kinks, can be discussed.

LGBTQ+ content.

Light gore/blood.

Simple Mecha.

Humans/Humanoids

Complex Mecha.

Vehicles, heavy Weapons, hard surface objects with lots of detail.

Armour with lots of detail.

Hate art, ex. nazis, racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia etc.

Political art.

Babyfur content of any kind.

Sexual content involving minors.

Sexual content involving “real” animals. (dragons, monsters, etc. are an exception.)

Fetish art like scat, flatulence, diapers, watersports, vore, hyper, etc.

Heavy gore or death.
